NLS 2 is nearly ready to launch The last survey shows it, 57,9% of you want to have NLS2 better yesterday, than today. I count myself to this group, because a) I will have much more time and b) I be thrilled to see NLS at RP. Also it is great, that 89,5% of you already test the new NLS. Now I can announce, NLS 2 is nearly ready to launch and you wont have to wait for a long time anymore. Nelana, Amania and myself are working on hight preasure right now, cause we also want to see NLS2 finally at you all. I will announce a release date in the next week, so stay tuned. Today, I start a new survey. It was an idea from some users, to get rid of the meter and integrate it in the HUD. The Meter would be a optional add on to show some text above your head, but you wont need it anymore. All functions would be integrated into the HUD. Sure I have to rebuild it and make it a little bigger, but that should be no problem. Another idea was to bring the wallet to an optional state. The HUD would manage your money, too. So everytime you wear your HUD, you would have completely access to all NLS functions. The wallet of course could be worn optional for roleplay reasons. Please, all of you, give me your vote on that survey. I wont to decide this step for my own. |

NLS 2 Meter, HUD & Börse ready to use
Many many people don't want to wait any longer. Every day I get more and more questions about a date on that NLS 2 will start. Right now I can't give you an exact day, cause there is much work to do. But some things are ready and the delivery is allready ongoing. Meter & HUD are ready to use and free for all. You can get the packet at the NLS Showroom, or automatically by the update. The wallet will be free for all at friday 18th of September. I will start the delivery at evening time in Germany. Of course there are some reasons, why I give out these things before the final start. First of all you can see that way, that I'm really working on it. The second reason is, that you should have some time to learn how the new things work. Please use this time and get the updates right now. Both (meter and wallet) can be used with NLS version 1. At the final starting day, the SIM-Owners will be start to update their SIMs and neither meter v1 nor wallet v1 can be used with NLS version 2! |

Neue Helfer braucht NLS2 Es ist mir eine sehr größe Freude bekannt zu geben, das NLS 2 eine neue Helferin in seinen Reihen gefunden hat. Seit neustem hilft Nicki Jie von Zora-Design bei NLS2 mit das ganze etwas schlanker zu machen. Sie stellt uns einige ihrer Arbeiten zur Verfügung, damit wir alle deutlich an Prims sparen können. Jetzt schon vielen Dank für deine Mithilfe Zora Design besuchen |

NLS will moveFor a long time the Showroom was at Lamprey, but now we have to move. The SIM will be closed and we was informed that we have to clear and move the Showroom. Good luck for us, we got a fair warning time. So we have a lot of time to look around and search a new place. Right now, all looks like we will move to the SIM "New". With that SIM and the owner I have a lot good experience. The old Showroom will stay until 14th of September. The new one will be placed around two weeks before that date. So we will have two showrooms for a periode of time. The new one will be a little smaler, but because version 2 need a lot fewer prims it should be now problem. Also the most marketstands wont be in version 2 anymore. Finnaly ... NLS2 looks very good and it makes hugh steps. The servers are finished right now and passed all their tests. The plants are on a good way to be finnished, but a lot of them will be replaced by skulpties. At last there are the fusionators and as far as they are finished and passed their betatests ... NLS2 is ready to launch. At this time version 2 is at the same standing like version 1 and I can start with the delivery. Important for all of you asking me for some parts of NLS2. NLS2 is communication completely different than version 1. No plant would work with RegionDispatcher version 1. So a partly update to version 2 is not possible. As soon as you replace the RegionDispatcher on you SIM, no version 1 spawner will work anymore. Wallet, HUD, Fusionators and all Sickness, Food and Medicine will get a transitioal period. After a month, version 1 will stop working. Within that time you have to replace all your Meter, HUD, Fusionators and your stocks. If I see, that you need more time, I will extend the transitioal period another month. If you have any questions, just ask. I will reply as soon as possible. Your Carney |

NLS 2.0 Viele Gerüchte gibt es wohl bereits um das NLS 2.0. Zuallererst ma, ja es ist in Planung! Im Moment bin ich allerdings vorallem damit beschäftigt, mich in NLS einzuarbeiten und die aktuelle Version zu übernehmen. Bugfixes wird es für NLS 1 natürlich auch weiterhin geben, allerdings keine großen Neuerungen mehr, da diese Zeit vorallem NLS 2 zu gute kommen soll. Was bisher für NLS 2 geplant ist, kann ein jeder unter "Planung" nachlesen und natürlich auch weiterhin Vorschläge machen. Wie jetzt? NLS 1 wird abgeschaltet? Vorsichtig gesagt, ja. Allerdings wird es natürlich eine Übergangsphase geben für die ich aktuell zwei volle Monate einplane. NLS 1 wird also in JEDEM FALL vollständig weiter existieren und funktionieren bis mindestens zwei Monate nach Erscheinen von NLS 2.0. Jeder SIM Owner und jedes SIM Management bekommen also ausreichend Zeit die SIM umzustellen und werden nicht von einem Tag auf den anderen ohne da stehen. Bei der Umstellung werden wir natürlich auch gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Die Planung klingt ja cool, wann ist es soweit? Ein genaues Datum kann zum jetztigen Zeitpunkt nicht genannt werden. Sobald wir in der Betaphase sind und das Ende absehen können, werde ich versuchen einen Tag zu benennen. |
