Meter Commands
Every command to the meter will be given at normal chat on channel 1. Some commands also can be given by the HUD.
meter name <Name> Changes the name above your head
meter ooc You will be shown as "Out Of Character"
meter afk You will be shown as "Away From Keyboard"
meter back AFK or OOC will be ended
meter fullreset Your meter and HUD will be completely resettet. Your Hunger and Health will be set to 100 again and possible illness will be cured.
meter showname Switch the name above your head on or off.
HUD
The HUD is the maindisplay, but also it is a command interface for NLS. - Shows your current Hungerpoints. The lower this points are, the more hungry you are.
 - Shows your health. If you are sick, this points will go down
- Here you can see NLS events.
- Your current Healthstatus. Green = well, red = sick, orange = sick, but was by a doctor, yellow = healed and goes better
- Get medicine from your storage
- Shows the settings menue.
- Shows your personal storage menue.
- Get rawmaterial from your storage
- Get drinks from your storage
- Get food from your storage
- Your current caste / job. Also here you can switch it.
- Link to the NLS Homepage
- Here you can select your language and also your world
- Your Wallet and it shows your current balance
Settings-Menue Caste- / Jobsetting Here you can select your Caste / Job. Some Fusionators just can use with the right job. So may a oven can only be used by a baker. That setting can be switched on or off for the complete SIM. As soon as you select your caste / job, you have to wait one week to change it.
Show Name
Switch your name above your head on or off
Language Your language will normaly set the same as your client settings are. But with this, you can switch your HUD language manually. In the new version you can select your world her, too. All listings will be changed between GOR and Earth.
Storage-Menue NLS now have a personal storage for all your raw materials, food, drink and medicine. With this menue you can get the things out of your storage, or just have a look into your storage. Before you can select something out of your storage, you have to had a look into it. The HUD will remember that state of your storage. The content will not be updated automatically! If round about 5000 HUDs will update the storage every some minutes, it will just raise the load of our mainserver. Therefore you have to do that manually.
Wallet The main function of the wallet is, to carry your money. It accepts money from others and give money to other wallets. Of course it also can tell you, how much money you have. The value is saved in the main database, so you can not loose it by resetting or updating your wallet. Currency and Exchange The wallet on GOR knows the usual currency and exchange at GOR. Here was a little change between NLS 1 and NLS 2, but round about 80% of the NLS users will not note it, cause they count with the wrong numbers in past. The smallest unit is a Tarskcoin and the biggest a golden Tarsk. The Exchange is now 1 to 100 (in the past it was 1 to 10). 100 Tarskcoins ==> 1 Copper 100 Copper ==> 1 Silver 100 Silver ==> 1 Gold
Language Settings Every part of NLS two knows more than one language. Which language the part will use is set by the language settings of your SL Client. So if you set your client to german, per example your wallet will talk german to you. If your language is not known by NLS, it will use english as the main language. Only the Spawners and Fusionators are excluded from this rule. Those things get their language setting from the region-dispatcher. So the SIM Owner can set the language for the whole SIM. Also it is important, that you can set the world and language in which you want to play in your HUD. Those settings affect more and more behavior of some objects. Per example the fusionators after version 2.3 will have a look at your settings and show you receipts and ingredients based on those settings. Also the storage will display your stocks based on those settings.
